Adapting old public building to new technologies and legislation
We were initially contacted for minor repair work on the gyproc ceilings and minor painting work after the installation of the new technology.
Following a discussion with the architect and those responsible, we were considered the ideal total renovation partner, with a say in the matter, all within the previous budget and planning.
The work of art on the outer walls was realised on the basis of and in cooperation with a Spanish artist commissioned by the Muhka management, and we flawlessly transferred his design to the building.
Once again, with this project we have shown that we can handle large projects perfectly well as long as we can keep a close eye on the ball and control the planning.
Even in large spaces, we can effortlessly fulfil our strategy of 7 days/space.

- removal of all existing gyproc
- after installation of all new techniques and extensive testing phase, start sealing gyproc
- painting of all new gyproc and existing walls
- floor finishing with epoxy
- supply and installation of new fire doors, hinged and sliding
- installation of Plexiglas for indirect lighting
- realisation and delivery of new custom-made furniture
- repairing and painting the exterior facade
