Oak outbuilding as wellness

Client wanted to install a new oak building with minimal damage in the garden, which we pre-finished in advance in our sheds.
(for privacy reasons, we only provide you images of the outside)
Here, the 7 Days could not be adhered to in terms of structural work, but once the floor slab was ready and the frame was in place, we stuck to our seven-days.
Renovation works carried out.
- approval sought from neighbour for passage
- removal of hedge for delivery and access of all professionals
- installation of protective plates on lawn from hedge to yard
- removal of existing building including selecting waste and asbestos
- new techniques were installed according to interior architect's plan
- installation of polished concrete floor
- construction of oak outbuilding including steel joinery
- new wellness appliances were installed before finishing (sauna/haman/...)
- energy-efficient adaptations incorporated in the finishes
- innovative shower tiling
- Customised furniture
- everything finished according to the 7 Days agreement and 3 weeks later the works were finished (3 rooms) , lawn updated and hedge closed
