Refreshing and restyling flat

The clients were hesitant to make this purchase as the interior of the existing flat did not exactly match what they had in mind.

Together with our house stylist, we rolled out a master plan in which we would refurbish the entire flat (102 m²) within a pre-agreed budget and deadline, all according to their taste.

In consultation with our house stylist, an inventory was made of their existing furniture, which they wished to keep, and our stylist was given permission and the budget to place various accents which, to the great satisfaction of the clients, created their desired feeling of home.

We were recently contacted to renovate the bathroom when they are away for a week (7 Days), so once again, a satisfied customer!

Renovation works carried out.

  • removing the existing carpet
  • installation of parquet
  • renew the window decoration with 2 different styles that provide playfulness in the apartment
  • renewing all existing lighting fixtures by LED lighting
  • painting the entire property in a uniform colour where the emphasis would be on the art owned by the client and accessories
  • renovation of kitchen fronts and tabletop

We hesitated to buy the flat because we only had a feel for it because of its location and spaces.

There were finished flats available in the area but above our budget, and since we both have busy careers, doing the chores ourselves was out of the question.

Due to the upcoming family expansion, it was desirable to act quickly.

Thanks to the estate agent, we were put in touch with ‘7 Days’, which was a bull’s-eye for us given the total approach and the fine contact with Tibo, Danny and Patricia, a real family company.

Within the budget and within the set deadline, the apartment underwent a metamorphosis and we can calmly look forward to our family expansion.
