Renovating holiday home abroad
Project realised for a loyal client where the works had to be realised within a 6-month period.

Client asked us to convert and double his existing too small holiday home by adapting an unusable existing space under the house to a finished clear height of 2.6m .
Building permission was received in early January, at the end of June a birthday party was organised by the customer on site at which the house was finished to perfection including new terrace and landscaping in front of the house.
The works were carried out at -20°, during floods….nothing could stop us because when we make a promise to a customer, we keep it !
Once the structural works were finished (over the Easter weekend), the engineering and finishing works could only start then, with our entire team once again working very hard to meet the deadline and the quote of 7 Days/space.

- demolition of existing property
- deepening the rock under the existing house to stabilise the pillars
- timber frame construction on new concrete slab
- finishing the exterior with wood after the necessary insulation work
- Supply and installation of new exterior joinery with the largest window possible in production as an eye-catcher
- all bespoke furniture was provided by us, all key on the door
