We were entrusted with this assignment and allow you a glimpse into the timely finished apartment.
Completion foreseen for end of March 2023 (planning made in October 2022).
Work only started in January 2023 but thanks to our daily follow-up and our professionals, right on time!

Renovation works carried out.
- works started with skilful fencing of all common parts and passages
- enlarge rooms and place new layouts whereby all waste was sorted
- installing a new kitchen and a new bathroom in other locations
- Installation of new lighting (all LED lights)
- Parquet refreshment
- Removing all ceilings and flooring
- new aluminium exterior joinery professionally delivered and installed including all necessary interior and exterior finishes (and protections)
- Existing doors with door frames were replaced with block-frame doors and new wrought-iron entrance door to the living room
- renew all technical appliances adapted to 2023 standards (heating and sanitary appliances)
- energy-efficient adaptations incorporated in the finishes
- innovative painting techniques where we attached importance to the wishes and colour combinations imposed by the interior designer with the necessary preliminary test areas
