We were entrusted with this assignment and allow you a glimpse into the timely finished apartment.
Completion foreseen for end of March 2023 (planning made in October 2022).
Work only started in January 2023 but thanks to our daily follow-up and our professionals, right on time!

Renovation works carried out.
- works started with skilful fencing of all common parts and passages
- conversion of the existing premises (demolition work was carried out including sorting of all waste)
- renewal of all the piping until origin and energy-efficient appliances were proposed to the client
- New LED lighting was installed based on a detailed lighting study carried out by Fantasia verlichting Ostend
- Parquet refreshment
- renewal of all doors to block frames (without door frames) and new entrance door according to current RF standards
- New aluminium joinery (within 12 weeks) expertly delivered and installed
- innovative painting with technique as desired by interior designer and clients
- Customised furniture
- all rooms and cupboards were polished afterwards by our own cleaning team, leaving the customer with only his clothes to move
- discussions on the workplace with the interior designer and clients were reduced to a minimum thanks to our good preparation and daily follow-up
