Classified building in central BXL, was restored by our care, ready for a long-term rental to the European Commission, in which we were asked to compose a list of specifications and afterwards, according to the owner’s wishes/choices, to carry out the following works (repair and cleaning) :

-finishing of boiseries with gold leaf

-all marbles

-wall tiles in the stairwell

-historical parquet

-sopra portas

-classified ornaments and moldings

-newly stretched wall textiles

-painting of all rooms after caligraphy

 

7 Days / room …. spotlessly achieved !

Renovation works carried out.

  • finishes with gold foil
  • cleaning and restoration of all marbles
  • repair wall decoration in stairwell, fill veins and depth cleaning
  • new wall textiles stretched in all rooms after caligraphy
  • repairing, sanding and varnishing historical parquet
  • cleaning and repairing sopra portas
  • reattach graded ornaments and millwalls to existing stable plaster and imitate some existing mouldings that were in disrepair
  • painting of all rooms
